I understand that investments, asset conservation, and wealth management are only vehicles that
serve your life goals. A former banker and accountant, and current Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer in the Army National Guard, I grasp how financial instruments and the law can serve your needs.
Most of my clients are referrals from satisfied clients. attorneys and financial professionals whose clients want my expertise in building toward their dreams. When appropriate, I work with your investment advisers and other financial professionals, including joint meetings, to ensure everything is synchronized for your success.
Reaching your goals
To facilitate your goals, I need to thoroughly understand where you are today, where you want to go and when you want to get there. I offer a free 1/2 hr office visit to any Washington State resident wanting to explore using my estate planning services. Once
I've gained a thorough understanding of your needs, we'll set an
appointment to go over the strategies and vehicles available and
appropriate to your individual situation. At this meeting, you'll be
provided a variety of ways to move forward, including (as appropriate)
options that you can pursue on your own.
In the past I did not mind answering quick questions for non-clients about Roll-Over Business Startups or Self-Directed IRAs at no charge. Word seems to have gotten out that I know something about these investment strategies and I am inundated by people looking for free advice. I no longer answer SD-IRA or R.O.B.S. questions for non-clients. I am happy to talk to you about your idea and whether I think I can help. However, any legal advice will be billed at $300 / hr with a minimum of $150.
To ensure that each of our clients has appropriate and devoted time we ask that you call to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
